- App Assistance: The Menards app is a helpful tool for locating specific items within the store. It’ll tell you the aisle number.
- Unexpected Delights: You’ll find food items available (including apparently excellent ice cream!), a pleasant surprise for many shoppers.
- Occasionally Excellent Service: While service is inconsistent (see below), I did have experiences with incredibly helpful staff members (Zoey and Anna were specifically mentioned). The occasional helpful employees can be a lifesaver when you need assistance.
