- Excellent Service During Emergencies: The store demonstrated exceptional organization and customer service during Hurricane Helene, providing seating, refreshments, and updates to customers waiting to purchase generators. This experience stands out.

- Inventory Issues & Stock Accuracy: The store has struggled with inventory issues for at least five years. Often, items listed online as in stock are unavailable, even if present in the store they’re difficult to locate. If the website shows two or fewer items in stock, don’t bother going.
- Inconsistent Customer Service: While some associates are helpful, be aware that you may encounter rude or unhelpful staff. I experienced this on multiple occasions, with instances of staff being too busy to assist or laughing at customers. There were reports of staff being unwilling to process returns without receipts or order numbers.
- Order Fulfillment & Delivery Problems: Online orders can be delayed or may contain wrong or missing items. Delivery drivers have reportedly left orders in inconvenient locations. Refunds can also be a frustrating experience with staff citing vacation absences as a reason for delays.
- Security Measures Impacting Shopping Experience: Many items, such as electrical wire, are locked in cages, making quick shopping trips more challenging. This seems to correlate with the difficulty in finding staff assistance.
