- Exceptional Customer Service: You’ll encounter consistently friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. I had a particularly positive interaction with Dee, who provided excellent assistance with siding and window selections, even helping me find a great price. The cashier was also very helpful on my visit. The yard loader, Matthew, deserves special mention for his outstanding assistance loading and securing materials.
- Extensive Product Selection: This location offers a wide variety of home improvement products. You’ll find everything from lumber and windows to shed locks, paint, deer corn, and even plastic-like building materials. They seem to carry just about anything for exterior construction and building projects.
- Convenient Shopping Experience: Finding what you need is easy, thanks to helpful employees who are readily available to answer questions. The process is quick, and I was in and out quickly even when purchasing a new power box.
- Competitive Pricing: I discovered great prices on deer corn and stands, and Dee helped me get a great deal on windows. The store is notably better than Home Depot, in my opinion.
- Added Perks: They offer free popcorn! And, importantly, they provide delivery services to Dublin.

- Potential for Inconvenience: The store layout could use improvement. There’s currently some confusion regarding entry and exit points, and designated areas for lumber yard pickup.
- Limited Availability: Be aware that on at least one occasion, paint was unavailable at a time when a customer needed it. The staff’s response was to suggest the customer return in the morning.
