- Competitive Pricing (Sometimes): While some items are considered overpriced, I’ve found some excellent deals. For instance, I recently purchased a 50-amp plug for $10 less than a competitor. The overall value often makes it a worthwhile option.
- Convenient Truck Parking: Truckers, take note! This location offers overnight parking for tandems, with quick unloading and polite personnel (a person named Paul handles paperwork and unloading).
- Helpful Staff (Inconsistently): While employee turnover appears high, resulting in inconsistent service, you might encounter incredibly helpful staff members. On multiple occasions, I’ve experienced excellent, efficient service from knowledgeable employees.

- Inconsistent Staff Availability and Attitude: Be aware that helpfulness varies greatly among employees. Some cashiers may appear uninterested, and while some staff members go above and beyond, others may be unhelpful, or even rude (particularly the manager, according to some experiences).
- Stock Issues: The Forest, MS store frequently lacks items listed as in-stock on their website. Ordering parts or supplies might take time and involve outside ordering, negating the convenience of a one-stop shop.
- Store Cleanliness Concerns: The bathroom’s cleanliness is a significant concern. On one occasion, it was found to be dirty, with spiderwebs and a musty odor, indicating inadequate maintenance.
- Infestation Issues: There have been reports of a rat infestation, particularly in the animal food section, which is obviously a major health hazard.
