- Friendly and Helpful Staff: The forklift operators and other employees are generally described as nice, friendly, and even offered refreshments (bottled water) in one instance. Their helpfulness extends to assisting drivers who have trouble getting in touch with someone for unloading; going into the warehouse to speak with a forklift operator directly is suggested.
- Overnight Parking Available: The location offers ample space for overnight parking, a valuable feature for truck drivers.
- Efficient Operations (at times): With two forklift drivers, the unloading process can be quite swift.
Why You Might Consider Alternatives
- Inconsistent Service: While many experiences report quick unloading, others describe lengthy waits of up to 5 hours! This significant inconsistency is a major concern. Even with appointments, delays of up to two hours have been reported.
- Communication Issues: There are reports of misleading information regarding load availability (e.g., being told a load was available on Friday, only to be told it was a Monday load upon arrival). Also, getting in touch with someone for unloading can be challenging.
