Extensive Plant Selection: You’ll find a huge variety of plants, including vegetables and gorgeous, bright flowers. This is a definite plus for gardening enthusiasts.
Specific Product Availability: They carry Klein tools, and I was able to find a specific upright freezer that wasn’t in stock at my local store. The Laurinburg location also had tile in stock, although this may vary.
Exceptional Customer Service (Occasionally): I’ve experienced outstanding help from certain employees. One flooring associate, Ms. Lashaun, went above and beyond to locate specific tiles for me across multiple stores. Another associate in appliances provided excellent, friendly service during an online order pickup.
Helpful Staff (Sometimes): While assistance can be inconsistent, there are times when employees are readily available to assist with cart retrieval, loading supplies, and general guidance around the store. One visit highlighted how efficient getting help can be when this happens.
