One associate provided detailed plumbing advice, while another supervisor, Mark, went above and beyond to resolve a missing washer hose issue. Jeff and Steven J. also received praise for their helpfulness and attentiveness in assisting with appliance purchases. Steven Jacob’s, a Sales Specialist with 20+ years of experience, was also noted for his expertise and friendly demeanor.
