• Helpful Staff (in some instances): I encountered some exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members. One associate, Miguel from Flooring, went above and beyond by assisting with product selection, cutting, and sawing materials. Another, Emmanuel, provided outstanding assistance by loading heavy items into my car after surgery. Patrick even showed kindness to my dog! The paint counter associate also received praise for their great customer service.
• Large-scale purchases facilitated: While delivery issues exist, the store clearly handles large orders. One shopper mentioned spending nearly $6,000 across two separate purchases.

• Unreliable Delivery Service: Be aware that the delivery service has a history of significant unreliability. Multiple instances of missed deliveries, with lengthy delays in rescheduling, were reported. There’s also no direct contact with the delivery vendor.
• Product Damage During Delivery: One shopper received a damaged fan – delivered out of the box with dents and scuffs— that had been used in-store prior to delivery.
• Poor Phone Customer Service: Scheduling deliveries or getting product information via phone can be extremely difficult. Repeated calls to scheduling departments resulted in long waits, disconnections, and misdirection. In other instances, employees were reported as rude and dismissive to customers over the phone.
• In-store Staff Issues: While some staff members were praised, there were also reports of unfriendly and potentially discriminatory interactions. One shopper described feeling unwelcome and subjected to hostile questioning by security.
• Pricing Discrepancies: Inaccurate pricing on shelves, coupled with a less than helpful management response when an error was identified at checkout, might lead to unexpected costs.
